Directions from Central Missouri (Mid-Missouri)
Serenity Valley is must-stop destination for Missouri wineries tour. We are part of the Missouri River Wine Trail, within a short drive of many central Missouri towns. Fulton, Columbia, Jefferson City.
Centered in Callaway County, there are many interesting towns nearby to visit. To our west is Fulton, St. Charles and St. Louis. To the south is Jefferson City, Osage Beach and Lake of The Ozarks.
Winery directions from Fulton, MO:
From Fulton, take Missouri F west for just over 10 miles. Turn left, or south, on MO-J. Take the 1st right onto County Rd 342 and the winery will be on your left.
Winery directions from Columbia, MO:
From Columbia, take Interstate 70 east. Take exit 137 and turn right/south onto MO-J and follow it for just over 5 miles. Turn right onto County Rd 342 and the winery will be on your left.
Winery directions from Jefferson City or Lake of the Ozarks, MO:
It's fastest to take Highway 54 heading northeast into Fulton. From Fulton, take Missouri F west for just over 10 miles. Turn left, or south, on MO-J. Take the 1st right onto County Rd 342 and the winery will be on your left. Alternatively, you can turn off onto MO-J at New Bloomfield - just take J to the left/east and then it will turn north.
Winery directions from Warren County, St. Charles County or St. Louis County:
From the St. Louis area take Interstate 70 west. Take exit 137 and turn left/south onto MO-J and follow it for just over 5 miles, passing Little Dixie Lake Conservation Area. Turn right onto County Rd 342 and the winery will be on your left.
